Try and avoid buying or moving to anywhere that they manage. I was actually told my roof " is supposed to leak at the seams of the plywood... When roofs are installed with paper under your shingles as well as ice and water for the first 3 courses of shingles too keep water out of your house ,not allow it in but the gentleman running pioneer has no knowledge of construction and or the job of a roof and will blatantly lie about every code violation. keep reporting Roy to BBB every year eventually he will have to pay someone fo... read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This property management company is a joke. I am experiencing water damage in my condo due to the unit above mine. The owner of the unit above me rents it out and I never see him. Roy, the owner of the management company could not care any less about the water issue. I had to call a mitigation company to rip out my ceiling and deal with water damage and mold in between the units (which I am not responsible for according to the deed).
