no propane I know that it is just a cabin and the entry way to my cabin can be difficult when the weather is bad but Holton's of Evart will not come out when called when it is good. They wait 3-4 weeks after I call and then say they can't get in. Then send me fee of $119. in June 2016 when they didn't deliver any propane after I called for a fill in October 2015. Horrible & Unprofessional Do yourself a favor and do not give this company any of your time or business. Customer Service - there is no customer service at this company. They have some rude, uninformed, uneducated, ill-mannered women that answer the phone that seem to hate their jobs. When you call they struggle to pul;l up your account even if you have the account number ready. They struggle getting you an appointment. On Monday I called and I was told 3-5 days. Unfair Pricing For the past year we have been a customer of Proflame of Ramona. I felt that we were being overcharged for our propane per gallon amount. I checked out other propane company's per gallon charges and they were $1 to $1.10 cheaper per gallon than proflame. I quit Proflame and saved $200+ on my very first fiil-up with my new company- K.C. Propane.

Worst Service Ever!!! Finally! The chance for the truth to get out. "Danny" the manager is as arrogant as what is mentioned below, but it's worse than that. The whole company has completely lost sight of the meaning of customer service. I would prefer to simply say that Danny and company treated me like scum and did not respect my business in the least. Misrepresented service and cost We established propane service, and found out that price was raised 50 % after first purchase. Not ethical, suggest look elsewhere

Great service set up Manny from Pro-Flame came out to set up service for my daughter recently. He was on time, polite, and knew what he was doing. He explained everthing that we needed to know clearly, tested the lines and really did a great job. Thanks Pro-Flame, give Manny a raise!
