Pioneer helped us with a difficult rodent problem, they cheerfully stayed on it until its TOTALLY SOLVED! The technicians always were cheerful, professional and went into the crawl space, attic, etc. to set and retrieve traps and bait stations. THEY GOT 'EM ALL! Very very pleased and highly recommend Pioneer.
Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. checked everything out, found the sourse of the ants and sprayed for them. He explained everything to me in detail and assured me they could come back in 45 days for free if I had any more problems. would recommend him to everyone
Alex showed up when expected, and was very friendly and knowledgable. We talk about about a couple different service options, he was honest and not pushy. Once we agreed on the services, he was very efficient. Highly recommend.
Ricky came and left all within the 2hr window and was AWESOME: his work was thorough and he talked through the current problem as well as future solutions to ensure it didn't arise again. He went above and beyond and we will definitely return to Pioneer Pest Management for our future needs

Pioneer Pest Management was the third different company we had in our house to diagnose and address our rodent issue. I wish we had called them first!
