Tyler just came to spray the house for the first time. I obviously can't speak to how long it lasts yet, but I can say the price was great, he was friendly and knowledgable, and I feel secure now. The two week satisfaction period is a huge relief too. I'd recommend Pioneer Pest, for sure.
Schuyler got the job done! Rad guy and got rid of the pest, what more can you ask for?! Time efficient, communication was on point and friendly. We would definitely recommend this company and Schuyler.
Horrible experience... I was charged 259 for ant removal with added spider protection, was never quoted prices before was way more expensive then when I used them 3 years ago. the only sprayed three spots and when I got home there were still spiders webs and spiders around my lights on my porch. I was not told that there would be extra tax that I was charged. I used a 40.00 off coupon I am now being told that because I was a customer in the past that it wasn't valid and that they will not give me the three month warranty tha... read more
Eric is an amazing knowledgeable person!! His inspection of my mother and father in laws (now new) house went smooth and convinced them to buy it. So now they live closer to us and my other in law siblings and their children. Easily a 5 star effort and performance!!
