This is the 2nd time I've used Pioneer and both times have been very satisfied. Today I had a treatment for spiders and while doing so he found a yellow jacket nest in a bush out front that he removed. The employee was Easton and he was so kind, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He's an employee I wish I had on my own team - very knowledgeable too! I would request him again as he was so thorough and nice. Thank you Easton!
We had just purchased an older home and I am terrified of rodents. We had Eric from Pioneer check the house. He was very thorough checking the ground, roof, and attic searching for any possible entry points. No sign of any rodents! I have felt completely comfortable going down into the basement knowing there are none. Eric took the time to tell me about watching for carpenter ants, as he did see one. We will be having Pioneer come and do insect control...we have spiders...big ones. Highly recommend Pioneer!!
I have just taken over the pest control spraying for my homeowners association and today we had a technician named Jesse. He was very nice ,very thorough and I would like to personally ask that he be the technician who comes out to our units if at all possible.
