I have used Pioneer Pest Management for assessment and services to clear, deodorize and restore my under house crawl space when wildlife breached several of the air vents. I found Eric and his team to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office is organized, and technicians arrive on time. Recently I called them again for treatment of tiny ants in my kitchen area. We have rental property in the St Johns area and Pioneer Pest has served us in the last year. Today, David called to state what time he would show up. I had forgotten all about the appt. He did his business and then took the time to call and tell me that all was good. We have had some rodent problems in the past, due to next door building. These folks showed up, took care of the problem and we have had no issues since.
