Called Pioneer Pest to help with my ant and spider problems .My neighbors have been using Pioneer Pest and it was time to get this problem handled .The company called to give me a window of arrival the day before services The technician Grady showed up promptly at the first hour given,introduced himself asked the areas of concern and then he put on shoe covers before even coming in to the house .... give this guy an A+ for friendly respectful service ! We had a problem with Wasps and spiders. We had Pioneer come out, and a nice young man, Tyler, knew what to do and what chemicals to use. He was very courteous and conducted himself in a professional manner. He told us that if the wasps were still a problem in about a month, to call and he would be out for another treatment. It's been a week, and it seems the nest is gone. Highly recommend Pioneer Pest.

Easy to book and have them come out. Not my experience with a couple of other places. Grady was awesome and seemed to know his stuff. Informative on services but did not pressure.

We had a terrible ant problem in our house for several years. We called Pioneer and they came out promptly and took care of it immediately. They now come to our house quarterly for follow-up treatments, are quick and polite, and always check with us to make sure we’re happy with the service and have no ants inside. So when we realized we were getting rats in our yard from a next-door dumpster, we again called them. They set out and baited traps, and they check on them quarterly.
