I’ve been taunted by rats all spring and summer. They always catch me off guard and it’s always a surprise( and not in a good way). My pup loves to sleep outside in the cool courtyard so when he scampered in late one night and tried to hide under my bed in fear, I knew I had to take action. The guys were prompt, professional, explained everything clearly to me, played with the pup and hooked up the traps. I’m relieved !

Always great service. When ants show up between services, which can happen, they’ll come back out and take care of them. They also always leave us ant traps for the rogue ants. Tim just serviced our house and sprayed all of he problem areas inside and out. Same great service and real friendly guy. Wouldn’t switch to another company.

Clinton is amazing!!!! He is so knowledgeable about the pests and the products he uses. He’s friendly, punctual and I would never dream of using anyone else. Pioneer pest is the only company that has been able to take care of our box elder beetles and you can tell from the picture it wasn’t a small problem. They have my service for life!!!
All of them are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Never a bad experience with them.
Impossible to schedule a set time. They don't keep agreed upon times. Trespasses into private property without anyone present and began removing equipment, when the appointment was for a "follow up". Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
