Was starting to see quite a few ants around the house and was referred to Pioneer from a friend. Jesse showed up and was very personable and professional. Took about an hour and 40 minutes to spray around the house and some places inside. He was very courteous of the house and even wore covers over his shoes. I signed up for the quarterly treatment based on their customer service alone, and it's nice not having the ants around anymore either :)
Incompetent office help. I specifically left my cell phone number as a contact for confirmation of my appointment. They called my house phone which does not work at this time. I had been monitoring my cell and thought they should of contacted me by now. I call and find out they have been calling my home phone. I am assuming that they looked up my account from previous service and what? Just decided to use my house phone as the contact number even though I gave my cell number as my contact phone?
