I had a spring and cable break on one of my garage doors on Thursday night, and I called Pioneer Friday morning shortly after they opened. I spoke with the owner Scott, who said he had some time before heading to an install and would come over right away. Him and a member of his crew were at my place 20 minutes later. They got everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour, and did it at a fair price. Everything is working great! Thank you for your prompt and excellent service!
The garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called Pioneer and left a message and Scott called back within 5 minutes. He came Sunday morning and replaced the springs in less than 30 minutes. EXCELLENT service, very polite and professional and obviously very skilled in his trade. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again if I need garage door repairs.
We are so thankful for Scott. I called at 8 this morning and he headed right over. The spring had broken and we couldn’t even open the door manually and both cars were inside. He fixed it in about an hour. Amazing!! THANK YOU!!
My spring on the garage door broke on a Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. Scott from Pioneer personally answered the phone when we called and scheduled to fix early the next morning. He was very professional and found more wrong than just the spring due to previous garage door company putting on undersized spring. He replaced all parts and only charged me the original quote. You can certainly see his years of experience and skills in his work. Thanks Pioneer!
Came home Friday evening, garage door wouldn't open. Called Pioneer, left a message fully expecting a returned call Monday morning. Within 15 minutes I received a call back and Scott was here Saturday morning .Door fixed, reasonable price. Highly professional company, excellent customer service!
