Definitely disappointed! we just moved here and love bowling but what a crappy night for my daughter... she went to a birthday party and hit 1,000 ticket jackpot in front of all of her friends and nothing was loading on her card... none of the other tickets she had won either...so she tried to tell an employee and they told her because her tickets aren't loading she doesn't get credit for anything she won... she was so bummed... the only kid not to win prizes in a large group because a card malfunctioned... smh... this is a ... read more
After discovering that Bowlero would be incredibly expensive for a family outing, we bought a Groupon for this place for 1.5 hours of bowling for 4. Upon arriving, we were shocked to see how big it was. Very clean and nice layout. The guy at the counter was nice and efficient. We weren't at our lane more than 5 minutes before a waitress brought us a pitcher of ice water and cups. They had plenty of 6lb balls for my kiddos to choose from.
