Had a super fun night with my family. Hope was absolutely great! She took our order, and the food was brought to us quickly. Definitely a place I will be coming to again. Maybe tomorrow? That’s the plan :)
I love this bowling alley and one of the main reasons is because of Joyce and Rhonda they add so much to our evenings ... luck pins and needles you have some great people workin for you
I spent Saturday and Sunday having a blast. Ashley D. was my server for both days, she was great! We enjoyed the bowling and arcade game. Plus the pizza and hot wings are the best, especially the hot wings.
Ashley D was wonderful! She brought us water at the very beginning and was super helpful and nice the entire time. We had a great time bowling and will definitely return.
I had my daughter's party there Sunday and we had a great time. The staff there was amazing from the front desk to bartender. They went over and beyond what they have to. Kathy made sure I got the time and day set up and was very helpful . Also Our server Brittney( I believe that's her name) she was the best she made sure we had everything we wanted . She was there the whole time in case we needed her. Most places you have to hunt them down. Thank you. I will defenitly be having another party there again
I have had my boys baseball season parties at Pins and Pocket for the last 3 seasons. I love it there!! They are nice to the boys and great with the parents. Our last visit our server Meagan was super. she came right over took our order brought the food and checked on us. Being a server is not easy and there is a fine line between good service and either being annoying or not being to enough and Meagan ROCK IT!!! We will def be back.
New to the area, we booked a party here for my son's 10th birthday sight unseen! The packages were a great price when you factor in all that they were providing. From setting it up with Kathy over the phone to the great execution of it all from our party host Keila I can not stop raving enough over this place. Not to mention the food was phenomenal.Kids and parents alike all enjoyed themselves. Thank you staff for helping our son have the (in his words) BEST PARTY EVER!
