Very friendly staff. Quick in and out lab work.
Terrible. The sign says open at 7am however the technician was late and never took me back,first in line, to 7:12 am making me late for work. Technician was short and rude and didn't complete all tests that were ordered by my doctor. If you don't like your job and can't be on time, don't waste others people's time and have an attitude because YOU were late. I had a very positive experience at the Patton Rd. UPMC Blood Lab today. Even though it was after a holiday weekend and they were quite busy, Alaka, who was the phlebotomist working, handled the line of clients very professionally. Even though I have smaller veins, she easily and, without any pain to me, inserted the needle and drew blood. I commend the lab and her skillset and pleasant attitude and would return there for services.
