I had a mixed experience at this office. Dr. Hall-Ndlovu was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I felt confident in her care and would absolutely see her again. Unfortunately, my experience with the intake nurse was not positive. She came across as rude and judgmental during the intake process. Dr.Hank did a great job delivering my son via c section. Appointments always took forever though they’re really slow there, and one of my maternity nurses were kinda rude but overall didn’t have many problems. Would come here again in the future. It’s now the future and things here have changes. Have been disrespected by staff my last 3 phone calls and visit. I will never be back here, or the Dillsburg location. I’ve apparently been banned because I called out a receptionist for blatantly lying about availability because she... read more

Highly recommend NOT going here unless you are healthy and have zero complications in your pregnancy. Raised serious concerns to Dr. Hank to be gaslit and told my complaints were due to the stomach bug that i DIDNT have nor were my complaints related to stomach related issues. Had to go around him to my PCP to have bloodwork done, because Dr. Hank refused to order any, just for it to confirm that what i was concerned about was in fact true and that he put my baby & myself in unnecessary risk for no reason.
