Dr.Hank did a great job delivering my son via c section. Appointments always took forever though they’re really slow there, and one of my maternity nurses were kinda rude but overall didn’t have many problems. Would come here again in the future. It’s now the future and things here have changes. Have been disrespected by staff my last 3 phone calls and visit. I will never be back here, or the Dillsburg location. Highly recommend NOT going here unless you are healthy and have zero complications in your pregnancy. Raised serious concerns to Dr. Hank to be gaslit and told my complaints were due to the stomach bug that i DIDNT have nor were my complaints related to stomach related issues. Had to go around him to my PCP to have bloodwork done, because Dr. Hank refused to order any, just for it to confirm that what i was concerned about was in fact true and that he put my baby & myself in unnecessary risk for no reason. I have good experiences with doctors and including the Nurse, but the front staff who checked you in…not so much. The professionalism definitely baffles me. I called more than 3 times trying to get the most simplest medicine refill and the respond from different ladies that picked up is insane; deer in the headlights for sure. This place is pretty GHETTTOOOO. Not sure if I want to give the place a 3rd chances.
The rn's are kind and caring. But the doctor is absolutely appalling. I came in with really bad rib pain that was excelled because of my laborious job. Because of my pregnancy/ pain my job asked for a restrictions letter to be filled out. The doctor was rude, refused to help by giving me minor restrictions so I couldn't get in trouble with my job if I couldn't lift 70lbs continuously. Blatantly ignored questions my husband was asking. Did not give me any solutions or possible ways to help relieve the pain. Basically got paid... read more
Dr. Hank delivered my baby, it was a good experience. The nursing staff during my pregnancy were all wonderful. I appreciate that they play G rated shows in the lobby making it appropriate to bring children in to wait.
