Amazing reception area. Ladies at front desk are professional and friendly. Very helpful. Cleaner than most upmc facilities. Technician was phenomenal. Hardly any wait time. Parking is horrible. Especially in cold weather. Great location. Easy to find and navigate. Highly recommend if you need imaging. Also they have a lab in same building. Also very fast and efficient
Friendly personnel although was told after getting imaging for ct lung that it takes 4 -6 weeks for results . I had to get a imaging for sinus and my private ENT told me I could go to Penn State and get imaging bsck in couple days or go to UPMC where it could be at least several weeks for results . Consider this if you need quick results
Almost 2 weeks and haven't received my simple hand x-ray results. Never going back to this particular facility.
I use UPMC Imaging consistently. Most recently, I had two appts in one day...got my results the next day. The folks I interact with are always kind and professional. Thank you for making "uncomfortable" appts easier!
I've been waiting a week for x-ray results. Kind of ridiculous. Should only take hours or a day or two, max. Always super slow with results.
