Train your front staff better. I was sent there by UPMC Employee Health services with paperwork that explicitly stated that I should NOT be billed for these services and I was still billed. You guys can't do anything about it, I have to take it up with Employee Health, although it was your office that made the mistake. Now I have to do the work to get this 100% preventable issue fixed. Have the day/life you deserve!
I was there for a follow up mammogram after being diagnosed with cancer last year. I got there seven minutes late because I went to the wrong floor. Avery at the front desk, made it a point to passive aggressively let me know I was late and they may not see me. That was completely unnecessary. When I got to the back with Kimberly, she said it was fine as another patient came early and she was already with her when arrived, so it worked out. Kimberly was really sweet. Amazing reception area. Ladies at front desk are professional and friendly. Very helpful. Cleaner than most upmc facilities. Technician was phenomenal. Hardly any wait time. Parking is horrible. Especially in cold weather. Great location. Easy to find and navigate. Highly recommend if you need imaging. Also they have a lab in same building. Also very fast and efficient

Friendly personnel although was told after getting imaging for ct lung that it takes 4 -6 weeks for results . I had to get a imaging for sinus and my private ENT told me I could go to Penn State and get imaging bsck in couple days or go to UPMC where it could be at least several weeks for results . Consider this if you need quick results
