ive been picked up a couple times from these people now,overall decent experiences,had 1 rough experience with them when i was picked up from a school the staff applied restraints and gave me something to calm down the lady and the guy were very nice about it and even after the restraints were on the lady kept me distracted which was very helpful they did everything right i was just having a bad day ✌️
The two women that came to my apartment to help me after a fall I do not believe were fully trained. I could not stand on my right leg, and they seemed very indifferent as to whether or not I went to the hospital. They did not check my blood pressure, and I have congestive heart failure, which I did tell them.
