WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AND WE LOVE IT. YES MAYBE PARKING IS NOT THE BEST BUT ITS SAFE AND MY KIDS ARE LOVING IT. WORK ORDERS GET DONE IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS AND MAINTENANCE ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND VERY NICE. WILL BE RENEWING FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS WHEN LEASE IS UP!!!!! KEEP IT UP PINNACLE RIDGE!!!!
I don't want to be here anymore, they only want your money, charges charges and more charges. The parking spots are too small, visitor parking is full allways, I only have two months here and my car was towed 3 times, the laundry just have 2 washer and dryer and dryers doesn't works properly. We are no safe here, many delinquency. I hate that place! Please don't sign here.... ����
Do not move into this place!! They just want to take as much money from you as possible!
