Do not move here. Parking is terrible. They allow visitors to park wherever they want causing the residents to park far away from their building. They have college students live there so and make so much noise and party all the time. Previous manager Kathleen was not friendly at all. We had a bullet go through the roof of our car at the complex. Yes people are shooting guns in the woods near the complex. A friend had a bullet go right through his apt. Return phone calls promptly. I'm still waiting and so is my husband days later. WTF?
There is literally no parking. You’re charged so much for rent and you can’t even park near your unit. You’d be lucky to have your calls answered or returned. Buyers remorse came unexpectedly fast.
Lived here for just over a year and overall pretty satisfied. The location has an incredible view of the city skyline and the staff is both professional and dependable. You can also see some pretty interesting wildlife in the area since part of the complex is in a more wooded area.
I have been here for 6 months and I gotta say that I like it alot ! Its quiet and safe so far my apartment has never been broken into and I'm on 1st floor rent is pretty expensive I think that should definitely be lowered just a bit and Daisy is definitely the person to talk to honestly I dont see why she is not the main manager in charge of everything because when you talk to her she actually cares and listens to you and tries to take care of the problem rite there and then like everybody else that just says "ok" or " I'll ... read more
