Paul listed and sold our property after we had tried to sell it on our own and another realtor had failed to sell it. He suggested things that needed fixing to improve the listing. There was a lot of interest in the property. There were several showings ending up in a sale. Paul was very helpful in getting our property sold. He listed the property in 2016 and it was sold in early 2017 to a buyer whose offer we had rejected before. Paul navigated the sell process in an excellent and professional manner.

Doug was an awesome realtor. He was more than happy to work with our crazy schedule and work around our newborn baby's needs while we viewed houses. He helped us get the best price we could have hopped for on our new home as well.

We were very pleased with the effort Paul Canas put into helping us find the home we purchased. He understood what we were looking for and always arranged for several showings at a time since we were from out of town. He always answered our calls or returned them in a very timely manner. He was very professional in working with us. We would highly recommend him to others.

PJ was very knowledgeable of Cedar Rapids. He was very patient with me in looking at several houses during my search but also understood I had a short window to find something. We were able to find the perfect place for my boys and I. He went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with before and during my move. I highly would recommend him!!!!

Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. Paul was very knowledgeable about the local area and went beyond our expectations to find me and my wife our first home. He was honest and upfront about the properties he showed us, and was always very prompt in answering our questions.
