Dr Crooks and every one of his staff has truly made me feel cared about, heard and welcome. Dr. Crooks has provided pain relief for me that I have not experienced with other doctors. Although my back issues are not yet fully resolved I have faith that we will get there eventually! All the nurses go WAY above and beyond and that goes a LONG way in patient care and who I choose to be a part of my medical team. Thank you!

There are no words to describe how great Dr Crooks and his fine staff have been in their treatment of me and my back pain Dr Crooks never gave up searching for the treatment I needed to relieve my back pain The pain is not totally gone but the difference in my pain is huge. I don't hesitate to tell any one who asks that Dr Crooks and his practice are fantastic
Very good treatment and results. Would rate higher but wait times are very long!
Dr Crooks is very knowledgeable and considerate in regards to the many options available to deal with the pain that we have in the neck and spine areas. He takes the time to listen to you and hear what you say. I have been to doctors that would not hear what you have to say. He will not recommend a procedure that is not needed.
Friendly environment, fast procedures. Dr. Crooks cares about patients.
