I was experiencing chronic pain in my Achilles tendons in both legs. Dr. Matthew Crooks is excellent. He has assisted me with pain management after 2 surgeries in 18 months and ongoing spinal pain. His staff is professional, courteous and well trained. Spinal procedures can now be done at his office without going to the Surgery Center. I highly recommend his practice.
I have nothing but praise for Dr Crooks and the care I have received from him. He treats his patients with a great deal of respect and empathy. His knowledge and expertise couple by his attentiveness and optimism make him the best pain specialist in the valley, in my opinion.

I have significant chronic pain that Dr. Crooks has been treating for a couple of years. My experience is that he is professional yet in today's medical marketplace he is also concerned about the welfare of his individual patients.
