Dr. Crooks and his staff were great, they were very compassionate and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Went over everything during my visit .
Dr Crooks is the best pain management doctor that I have ever used. He and his staff are always right on to fix my pains that makes my life so much easier. I have been with him for the past 4 years and will continue to be his patient.

My wife was seen very quickly, and Dr. Crooks was very patient , and thorough, and listened to her description of the problem, and pain. He very clearly advised of his assessment of the problem , and very clearly described the course of action to be taken. He was very personable, and had a very good "bedside" manner, and was reassuring of the desired results.

The Pain Injects did not work and terrible pain persisted. He would not see me again for two weeks due to Medicare. I had to live with pain. Trying to contact his office or his assistance is super difficult. The message almost always tells you that they are sorry that they missed your call and the call ended. I was out of pain meds and could not get more.
