Great experience. Always laid back and not Too didactic.

I have been trying for over 30 days to have my records sent to my new PCP. I finally had Humana contact them to remind them that contractually they are obligated to send my records to my new PCP. This is interfering with my continued care. I am very frustrated that no one answered the phone and after repeated messages no one has bothered to return my call.
