Terrible customer service. After dealing with an AI bot for 5 minutes I finally got a hold of a live agent. Except, the live agent was in Illinois and couldn't transfer me over to the office staff in house. It was 1045am and I had a question about my appointment. Finally arrived at the office and the front desk receptionist said "Yup. That's our new answering service. Update: Office staff confirmed my provider was a tier 1 provider (covered under my insurance), however, they were not. So I am responsible for paying the cost not actually covered. The office manager called me, tried to appear helpful at first but did not offer any accountability and became emotional when I stated I felt lied to, and hung up on me for stating they lied to me. My family has been using this practice long before Pinnacle Dermatology, back when Dr Z had the practice. In more recent years since Pinnacle, I admit the “corporate” attitudes and methods have become annoying - like requiring me to download an app to set up an account as I was checking out?!? stayed because we liked Andrea. So after a year and a half no education or direction. Here I thought I was going into see Andrea for a full body exam and today after waiting a month to get in to see her it was for a check up on a biopsy. What a waste of time!! Definitely not happy. Also the office moved and no one told me the new address . When I showed up to the old office I called pinnacle. The new address listed on Google. I have been a patient of Pinnacle Dermatology Flint for years. My first visit at this location, Andrea was the doctor. She came in and would not remove her face mask after I told her I am hard of hearing. I am deaf in my left ear and can barely hear from my right. She sent over prescriptions for creams and things that do not work after I said I didn't want it. She asked me to get blood work done. When I came back I had a copy from my regular doctor.
