My daughter was referred here a few years ago. I’d never take my kids back. They were blowing air on her face to try to wake her up after sedation. She got sick outside and was so sick all evening I almost called an ambulance. It was very scary. It’s been like 7 years since and she’s still scared to go to a dentist and mentions this place.
Horrible horrible dentist with children. Yelling at 8 year old kid she won’t listen she won’t listen. I don’t know why she won’t listen. Waited 45 minutes after appointment time to even get in, then after sitting their till 3:50 my second child was supposed to have an appointment back to back and they took another child in that had just came in a head of my second child that hadn’t ate since 11am because she wasn’t allowed solid food 3 before appointment. My son was referred here by our dentist when he was 2 years old. He had an awake sedation, he was strapped into a chair and had work done, that was supposed to be completed in one session, but needed a second session. Trying to get him in the chair the second time was terrible. He was, and still is traumatized whenever entering a dentists office.
If there’s only one review about the service quality, you might consider it acceptable. But if many people share the same opinion, then it’s time to reconsider your service quality — and customers should think twice before coming here. I rarely leave negative reviews about any service or company, but I’m truly disappointed with the service you provided. I will never come back here.
Professional friendly staff they understood my daughters fears and made her feel respected and talked her through everything would definitely recommend for any child who hates needles and needs dental work done staff were amazing
