This Bank gives me hell everytime I go through the drive through. First couple of times I sat for 15 minutes with no one else in line. Today I have to fill out a withdrawal slip? Ok? I sign it put my account number after looking up info on my phone. She ask me for the last 4 of my social. I send the slip back through, then she says what is your name, I said, its on the slip, then I told her, then she says. I need your ID. What? So I send the ID. Ok so thats 5 forms of identification. Went to Pinnacle Bank and talked with Pam about getting a loan for new flooring! Was treated with the utmost respect and was given the loan! Thank you Pam will continue to do business with Pam and this bank
All of my experiences with Pinnacle Bank have been positive. They have great customer service, kind employees, and they seem like they genuinely care about their customers. Great bank that I’d definitely recommend!
Always the best all around
I used to really love this bank. Over the last year though, things have changed. I no longer feel that they genuinely care about their "average" customers. It's really disappointing.
