My first review was 5 stars, 5 years ago. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. The last 5 years, regularly. I will never come back. Not sure what has happened over this last year but this place has really declined in their customer service. Made an appointment 3 days ago for a pedicure at 10:00am. I arrived on time. It’s now 10:42 and I’m putting my shoes back on and leaving without my pedicure. I love the creativity...just wish prices were a bit lower!
I went to go get a soft gel mani today and it was horrible. I was in so much pain. The nail tech was so rough and took a big chunk out of my skin under my fingernail. She knew she hurt me and tried to say it was because I had short nails. I just went last Sunday and had another tech and I wasn't treated this rough. I love pink nails but they need to teach some of their techs to be more gentle and not get so cut happy. Every one of my fingernails hurt.
