I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Hai and the entire Village Green Dentistry staff. I had to get some extensive work done and was treat with first class service. Dr. Hai and her team are so diligent and gentle. She helped settle all of my fears and did a fantastic job! I travel over an hour for their services. Choosing Village Green Family Dentistry has been the BEST decision for my family.
The Dentist Dr. Hai brings back your smile and confidence not only repairs teeth but makes them look better than before you came to dentist. Dr. Hai spends time either sets up a treatment plan if you have a limited budget. If it is one tooth at a time it is amazing cosmetic work. Highly recommend.
Love it I became a new patient 4mths ago. The minute I walked through the door front desk staff are wonderful. They definitely make you feel as if you been coming there. The office is clean, comfortable. The front staff goes over all your information prior to being called back. I've never seen two women that smile giving such good energy. During my cleaning the assistants were wonderful. Dr. Ping comes in once cleaning completed, asses your xray, go in and look over the cleaning and provide her assessment. If I could give ZERO star I WILL! Called office two weeks ago got reschedule a cleaning appointment for my Mom today. When I walked to office the front desk the lady seat in the middle give me an attitude right away and told me we never received your appointment's today?Excuse me?? Never seen anyone rude like this and I also work at dental office too! Will definitely find a better office that communicate better!
Where do I start! From the beginning to the end the service was! It was noticeably that I was very nervous going into anew environment not knowing what to expect and plus I was nervous about the procedure that I was about to get! Ten minutes being the ladies at the front desk was amazing and made feel better! They assured me that I was going to be fine! It was time to go to the back Dr.Pin Hai she is so caring and kind!
