Dr. Hai was an Excellent dentist, we had our issues, but she was great. My sister works in the orthodontist/dental world, and she told us about her about 15yrs ago. Dr. Hai performed free or reduced work at a local high school gymnasium after around 2012 on her off time. She was a GEM. Enjoy your retirement. Not so sure about the new guy who took over her office. He definitely, disrespected Dr. Hai at my appointment and I'm not cool with that. Not sure that I'll be back after 15yrs of going there. I have always been extremely fearful of the dentist visiting. This office has been a great experience. Front desk is so nice and professional and Dr. Gossett was very informative and professional and performed my dental work with zero pain. I definitely 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. I will be a patient of Dr. Gossett forever.
I have been going to this place for 5 years. Apparently the prior dentist Dr Ping Hai retired and a new dentist called Dr Malcolm Gossett took over the practice. The weird thing is patients didn’t get a notification about this. I found out after the cleaning was done and a new dentist came to check my teeth. I had very slight cold sensitivity. I am so pleased to say Dr. Gossett is very knowledgeable and did a painless filling on me. I’ve always been nervous to go to the dentist, but with his gentle touch, he made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone I give it five stars.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Hai and the entire Village Green Dentistry staff. I had to get some extensive work done and was treat with first class service. Dr. Hai and her team are so diligent and gentle. She helped settle all of my fears and did a fantastic job! I travel over an hour for their services. Choosing Village Green Family Dentistry has been the BEST decision for my family.
