Where do I start! From the beginning to the end the service was! It was noticeably that I was very nervous going into anew environment not knowing what to expect and plus I was nervous about the procedure that I was about to get! Ten minutes being the ladies at the front desk was amazing and made feel better! They assured me that I was going to be fine! It was time to go to the back Dr.Pin Hai she is so caring and kind! If you have anxiety about dental work, this is the dentist for you! I am so grateful to have found the wonderful dental group. Before I even arrived they put my mind at ease. It starts with the WONDERFUL ladies at the desk, so friendly, so kind and they put my mind at ease before I even got into the chair. Once in the chair they made sure I was okay and comfortable the whole time. I have had some big procedures and felt at ease the whole time! I highly recommend this office. The front staff and dental assistants are amazing! Dr. Ping Hai is verbally rude to parents when they say they can’t afford it. I took my son for what Dr. Hai stated needed to be done asap. I was quoted $64, I went back & she stated he would need to see a specialist & I had no problem. She gave me a treatment sheet & I told her I was going to schedule in September for him an appointment b/c I didn’t have $447 today. I went to another dentist, big mistake. I wish I had gone to Dr Ping Hai first. Everyone is very professional, and Dr Ping Hai is the best. I feel very comfortable there. Love the ladies up front. If you're looking for the best dentist, look no more.

Dr. Hai is truly one of a kind. I found her info in a Facebook group and decided to book. Her front office staff are AMAZING! I drive an hour to get to their office but it’s definitely worth it and I’d recommend Dr. Hai and her staff to anyone. I’ve always been close to hysterically scared of dentists but she’s very patient, gentle, and kind. I didn’t experience any pain during my root canal.
