I have never had to wait so long for results of an MRI. I should have gone to Memorial or Akumin where my husband & I have gotten the report the very next day. 4-5 days for the report is unacceptable. I will never use this facility again and would never recommend them!
Went last Thursday to get a CT Scan and I was so nervous. I even went in the wrong entrance but the staff was so nice and the gentleman who did the scan talked me thru every step to ease my panic and he knows how to work a needle, no bruising. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!
I had a wonderful experience at your facility! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel smooth and comfortable. I was especially impressed by how quickly everything was handled, without ever feeling rushed. Thank you for providing such excellent care and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommended!
