First and last time to this office. I was not called to reschedule my appointment because they had not received the authorization from the insurance company yet... So, I showed up for my 4:00 pm appointment like a fool, after fasting most of the day.... The front desk "help", was slouched over the desk, and batting her 4" fake lashes asked "What are you here for?". This girl needs to be relocated to an area where she doesn't have to interact with the public...she lacks common sense, and people skills.

Completed an MRI in the summer and results were sent to my primary doctor with no problems. MY BIGGEST ISSUE was with a refund they owed me. Before and after the insurance covered the service, billing representatives assured payment in 30-45 days. After 3 months of waiting, I wound up picking up the check at their billing office in Hollywood. The check never left their office and the fact I had to go get it is a complete disservice and a lack of professionalism. Never coming to this office again

called to make an appointment. every 10 minutes the same Lady answer de phone and after telling her that I wanted to make an appointment, she put me on hold for 10 more minutes. this happened for 4 times and after being waiting for 43 minutes the system told me that the mail box is full God bye😑. I will look for another place to make my mammogram, they lost the client

My wife has tried to get her results from a past mammogram for two weeks now. She went to the office twice and 8 calls. Extremely uncaring people.

Esperemos que alguien lea estos mensajes, porque el servicio es MALISIOMO, contestan el teléfono lo dejan en espera y nunca contestan, cuando al fin contestaron nos dieron una cita porque el medico tratante nos envió allá!!! y cuando ya tocaba hacerlo dijeron que ellos no hacían ULTRASOUND (DOPPLER ABDOMEN) entonces que servicio prestan??????
