RecommendedThese apartments are awesome! Management i.e. Vickie and Carmen...fantastic, same as their maintenance, Daniel Et al. Tenants are respectable and quiet. I lived at The Lexingtons in two complexes. Both complexes tenants were very disrespectable. Noise was unbearable. I wouldn't live in those things for free! I'm enjoying my stay here.
Quiet close to everything.
I've stayed in my fair share of apartments as a young adult. About 7 different complexes in the passed 10 years. Pines on The Bay Apartments is definitely a property that I absolutely recommend to others and will return to if need be. Starting with the office manager- Carmen. Omg, she's an angel. She's thorough, keeps her word, follows up and goes above and beyond to assist or accommodate you. I'm a very confrontational person when it comes to my money & my well being. I recommend this place over ALL other apts on the coast. The management cares and all workers show they want your apt to be your home. Great area to live in. Right down from Pass Road. Everything is in arms reach. Buses go right pass the door. The residents are very nice.
this is by far the quietest and most peaceful apartment complex I have ever lived at. the residents are all nice and respectful. looking forward to a long stay here!!
The property overall is very nice and is in a great location. I've met and made friends with some wonderful long time residents. The on site manager, Carmen has always been very nice and professional. So has Danny the maintenance man. I cannot however say the same thing about the leasing agent. Craig Bounds with SunStates Management might consider randomly visiting the property and meet some of the residents. The best feedback available.
The only thing better than our awesome apartment is the outstanding management and maintenance! Thank You Carmen, Vicki & Danny !
