I came in for a scheduled MRI nervous, however Lionel the techno who performed my MRI made me comfortable and explained everything to me. Lionel made sure throughout my scanning that I was comfortable. The girls at the front desk was welcoming with smiles as well. If I ever need a MRI I would want it to be done e here or a place where the customer service is as great as it was here!
Yeah idk who runs this place. But I’ll be sure to never go here for any type of service. But my goodness the miscommunication is atrocious. I believe the manager is just as confused as the workers so never again. I would take my chances somewhere else.

I recently visited Pines Imaging Center for an MRI scan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and responsive throughout the process. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns with patience. Despite a busy schedule, they managed to accommodate me quickly, minimizing any waiting time.
