The staff at Pincrest Physical Therapy South is fantastic, but I have to give a special shoutout to Stefanie. She helped me get my ankle back to feeling 100% after a skiing injury. She is knowledgable, kind, attentive and a great listener. In terms of the location, it is very clean and has a ton of equipment for patients. Thank you Stefanie!!
Terri is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to her patients’ recovery. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and making progress. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality physical therapy!
My second time at PT pinecrest after hip surgery . Excellent experience , why : Team - Tatiana was my lead therapist but they worked like a team so everyone knew what to do and guide me during sessions . Organization : administration team very helpful and professional . My sessions were on time every time and well coordinated . Always someone near me to make sure I was doing the movements properly. Staff needs to pay attention more to client!! they need a manager to oversee the therapist they leave you sitting from 5-10 minutes lying on a table & having personal conversations with other staff .
