Book them! I was referred here after arthroscopic hip surgery, and Pinecrest Performance turned out to be the most pleasant surprise. I worked most directly with Julian and Ali, but I enjoyed the whole team - from Maverick at the front, Gabriel, the owner and even the students - everyone was friendly and made the experience much less intimidating. There are a few things I would like to say about my experience at Pinecrest Performance, specifically the location on Bird Road. On November 21 of last year, my grandmother, Anabel Tabares, suffered a fall and sustained a patella fracture that required surgery.
