All of the staff at PineCone Vision Center are very friendly and knowledgeable! Best Dr.'s in central MN! I would not trust my eyes to anyone else!

I have been going here for years and I think this is my last year. Still waiting to get my son's glasses that we ordered on February 17th. Got a call that his glasses came in, went to get them and they were missing a lens. Still waiting. My glasses I ordered, they ordered the wrong prescription, when I put them on they were blurry told them that. they told me I had 10 days to bring them back. Huh imagine that I was just there today and a very rude receptionist asked me "well did someone call you? No then I guess not." Rude. Not even 15 minutes later I receive the message, your glasses are ready to be picked up. The Dr I saw was amazing everything after that was horrible, we will not be returning costumers. The Dr. are great but their prices and wait times for everything else are outrageous.
Not happy at all with my glasses, four times they have been remade. I still can't really wear them. They offered me 5 buck caribou card for my 8+ trips to the eye center. I would not recommend. State of art, so I thought.
The staff are amazing!! Dr. C is phenomenal!! If anyone is looking for a place to trust with your eyes this is the place.
