Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They want to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. If you're getting merchandise, they try to get you the best deal possible.

Kindness, professionalism, on-time appointments and just all-around everything you would want from a eye doctors office and staff!
They did not give me a heads up that simply looking at my eye to tell me it was dry was a “medical exam” and that they would not bill my vision insurance for it. Now I have a bill over 200$. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.
I recommend EVERYHING about Pinecone Vision. Myself and my family have been coming here for 15 years and the care has always been consistent and professional.
Absolutely terrible. I called to order contacts for my daughter. After 2 calls back, same insurance. She hung up.... she literally hung up...
