Friendly staff listens to us
Great experience from making the appointment to leaving the building. Everyone was very nice and explained everything. Sam, who helped pick out my frames, was very knowledgeable and honest about what looked good.
Excellent in every way. Everyone listened carefully and professionally, and quickly solved a vision problem that my husband has been dealing with for years, that 2 other clinics/doctors didn’t resolve.
I recently visited PineCone Vision Center for an eye exam after a few years without. I met with Dr. Fosso and his assistant. They were so kind and professional, letting me know what they were doing during every portion of the exam. The whole team was very personable. I would recommend Dr. Fosso and his team to anyone - a great first impression!
My entire family goes here now. Just brought the kids in (9 months and 2 years) here for the first time and it went so smoothly. I really expected it to not go well but it was quick they adapted nicely to squirmy kids.
great place to go to for the eye exam. unfortunately I had bad luck when it came to my glasses.... after getting the replacement frames today. noticed both lenses are VERY loose. so now waiting on replacement lenses. All of this just because the right lense constantly pulled away from the top part of the frame....
Omg I have been bragging to people how great of an experience that I had from start to finish of my exam to helping pick out my frames! I appreciate the exam being so precise , the respect and loyalty and knowledge that I recieved. Thank you so much. Lori Vallo
