DRY EYES ARE NOT ABLE TO BE CURED. Be clear about that and don't merely give false hope and a large bill.
We have never had issues until this last time. My husband's glasses came in guy in Lab wrecked them, they had to order new lenses and they will not give any kind of discount for their error. Paid well over $650. Will not be going back. Manager doesn't feel they need to do anything for their mistake. NO COSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!
RecommendedSwitching from Wal-Mart to PineCone Vision Center was the best decision I made, for the health of my eyes! not only do they spend more than 10 minutes with you but, they explain all the tests they run you through and help you pick the best products for you. I didn't know contacts could actually feel comfortable after a few days of wearing (former Acuvue 2 wearer) Now, they've fitted me for hard contacts and my vision is getting better everyday!
These people are horrible at customer service. Young kids put you on hold 12 to 15 minutes ... then hang up. My son has been without glasses for 3 weeks. This company promises 2 weeks or less. I do recommend this vision center.

Only eye clinic, doctor who truly had the knowledge and expertise to help me with my severe dry eye treatment. All of the staff is very professional and helpful. I am happy to have them as my eye care team!

My 17 year old daughter went on her own. They found a problem, so I emailed them to get the details. At 8:30 pm the doctor called me and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me facts and next steps. I will be making sure my next eye exam is with this doctor. He honestly cares.
