So much better!! I can not say enough about the new staff in place here at Pinebrook Apartments! The property is so much cleaner and lighter at night. They are really working on removing any problem resident (including one in my building) and you can see they are working on putting in better residents who seem to care about where they live. I wasn't sure last year if I was going to renew, but after what I've seen on the last 3 months, they have defiantly got me to stay with them!!

I do NOT recommend! Please stay away from Pinebrook Apartment. I do not recommend these apartments. They are the WORST, most rude and unorganized people you will ever meet! They continuously shut the whole water systems completely off 2 or 3 times a month for almost a whole day when you least expect it. disappointment This apartment complex is less than satisfactory to say the least. My fiancee and I didn't even get a proper tour of the property. There are issues with them plunking often, gun shots all hours of the night constant fighting and it's overcrowded. Not the best place to call home if stress free is what you're looking for.
