Verified Renter Never responds to emails have to hound someone to get anything done .req pest control that I am paying for and this first time they have came in 6 weeks when I requested weeks in advance due to bug infestation at move in

Don’t move here! This place is pretty terrible. Management doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. They are very rarely in the office. They will receive packages on your behalf and then make no attempt to notify you that you have a package in the office. If you don’t pick them up within two weeks they return them without any notification. I have lived here for almost two years and have never had pest control in my apartment, yet I pay a monthly fee for it. Mal mantenimiento lo peor Me parece una falta de respeto hacia el inquilino, mi a/ c se daño el jueves por la noche envié un correo y llame personalmente y hoy es sábado en la noche y mi apto está que es un sauna, aún no arreglan esto, sino fuera por el contrato me iría esta misma noche de aquí que falta de respeto.

nice place to live The property is very well kept.Whenever there is any maintenance issue , they come out fast and fix it right the first time.All the staff here are easy to talk to , friendly and professional.The staff also host a resident appreciation once a month and serve great food.

Can’t wait to move out of here This apartment complex is horrible. I’m a current resident and I want to move out as soon as possible. The staff is terrible, the maintenance team is terrible, the apartments are terrible. If you want to live in a bug infested apartment that falls apart and rely on a leasing office that brushes off your maintenance complaints, be my guest. You can move into my place!
