Verified Renter I can honestly say when I first moved here I loved it, however after management changed a few times several work request orders have not be fulfilled. In my opinion your property not mine!

Verified Renter This year has been the worst. Since the outside renovations, I've had one problem after another, and since the new owner we've had about 4 different property managers.

Verified Renter The office staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and terrible at communicating. I very rarely get replies to emails and nobody ever answers the phone. They do the bare minimum to resolve maintenance requests resulting in the same issue happening multiple times. Pest control has only sprayed inside my apartment once in the almost two years I’ve lived here. We pay for pest control but then have to spend more of our own money because they only spray outside which just runs the bugs inside but they don’t spray in... read more

Verified Renter Maintenance is not timely or doesn't get done at all.... Office staff is not nice.... neighbors stay up and party until early hours in the morning
