Pine valley is beautiful and a great looking property.
I only gave this one star because it forced me..otherwise it would be NO stars! The management is rude, overbearing even as far as placement of your patio decor, and raise your rent every time your lease is up. And if you try to go month to month they raise your rent $600/month and by their own admission it is to force you to re-lease or move out. Hands down THE WORST place I have ever rented from!!!!
