PVR is an extremely nice community with an exceptional staff. PVR has GREAT amenities such as hiking trails, pool, gym, clubhouse with movie room, fire pits... They put on parties and functions such as paint night, Easter egg hunt, Luau's, and puppy parties. The grounds and buildings are immaculate and PVR is quick to resolve any concerns or maintenance issues. The schools located within the district are phenomenal.
Came by for a tour and the property is beautiful and clean! The office girls are so sweet and welcoming, when we sell our house we will definitely be moving there!
We lived here for 2 years and it was really nice! They are expensive but I did enjoy it! It came with a lot of amenities and it was always fun hiking on the trails that were a part of PVR. The staff was always very nice and helpful and move out was not what people say on here. We ended up getting money back. Keep it clean and they don't have a issue refunding you. I have lived here since 2011. The staff are great and made my transition from smaller second floor unit to larger ground Floor unit seamless and easy...the apartments are beautiful as well as the property. The grounds are very well kept and we enjoy the full scope of what PVR has to offer from pool side bqqs to movie night in the theater. Thank you to everyone that makes this a great place to live.
Love the location, quiet community. Only negatives are not enough sound insulation between floors, and dog park has persistent mud puddles
