Young girls run the place. Be careful with Gracie cause she will make up stories that you did something you did not do. The parking absolutely sucks here. They didn't make enough spaces in phase 2. Their fix is to have you pay for covered parking. If you don't want to pay they have no solutions other than park in phase 1 and walk half a mile. Then if you don't like that they threaten to kick you out. Other than that the apts are nice and it was always pretty quiet.
Stop ripping off people~ Some one lives there for 3 months, has to move due to work.. "buy" out of your lease.. still costs 3K to get out, then rob you for utilites that you are not even using. then charge for 1 bedroom of carpet cleaning that was not even used.. and charge for oven cleaning for 180.00, he lived there for 3 months! They go off of the average cleaning.. keep in mind most people live there the full lease.. so its not what your oven looks like.. it is what ever the AVERAGE is.. BEWARE! Riffoff!

Location is amazing, just outside of the valley but not too far. Phase II has the modern industrial feel with amazing floor plans. Love the look inside and out. Going on 7 years with Pine Valley Ranch. Started in Phase I with great looking interior and floor plans then transitioned to Phase II after seeing how awesome they were. These apartments are quiet, safe, and beautifully landscaped. Plus a ton of hot dudes live here. 10/10 great place to call home! Very sad to be moving out.
My room mate and I love it here. We just signed another lease for 15 months. Its close to transportation and grocery stores. Quite and clean. The country setting makes for a peaceful day every day.
Pine Valley Ranch is such a beautiful apartment complex, and run so well. Emily, one of the leasing agents, is so knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t feel more welcome there with her warm attitude and caring personality towards future residents. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking to move into high quality complexes!
