PVR was a nice place to live. I really enjoyed the property and the staff were really nice. The only downside was after being a model tenant for 12 months I asked to go to a month to month lease as I knew I would be moving in to a house soon. I expected to have to pay a little more rent ($100-$200) like all other properties. PVR charged me an extra $710 for one months rent. My 2 bedroom, one bath apartment rent went from $940 to $1655.
We're on our second year living here, ready to sign for a third. Beautiful community, large apartments, and a great location. Before moving here we had known people that lived in these apartments and once we were ready to move it was the only option!

Love it here ! Everyone is so nice ! Management is great and dependable ! Parking is so much easier from pervious place I came from ! I'm very happy and fortunate to be a resident here !
