So knowledgeable, everyone is so kind! I have worked with animals for many years and I learn something new everyday but the wealth of information by this staff is just awesome! I'll be bringing in some of my critters very soon.

I drive all the way from Tacoma every time to go to pine tree because they care about my animals. They aren't in it for the $. They even called me on Saturday to check on my pup. Thanks for the extra care, it means a lot to us!
This facility has wonderful and compassionate staff. Also Dr.Fergunsen is very knowledgeable and honest. Even though my pet is gone the respect, care, and compassion they showed for my family is indescribable.
The staff at Pine Tree are amazing! I drive an hour just to have my Parrot seen by her and will slowly switch over my other animals.
