RecommendedWe love Pine Tree! We saw Dr. Zellar this morning. We have been in before but today was really great. Our dog is nervous around new people and can be dog reactive. The techs and Dr. Zellar both noticed this and took special care to set him up for success throughout his visit. When I advocated for my dog they listened, answered my questions/concerns, and gave me a helpful care plan that actually made sense to me instead of just being thrown medicines I didn't understand. My snake Niko recently passed away and I took him in to Pine Tree to confirm when I found him unresponsive. I was a complete wreck when I dropped in last minute and the staff treated me with such kindness and empathy. Today I received a handwritten note in the mail from all the staff which made me feel the love for my boy and for me really cared about.
The care, the staff and how they treat my precious birds.
The caring staff and true love for your fur kids. My dog broke her rear leg after hours. Took her to an emergency vet to get stabilized. The 2 days following they squeezed us in for emergency re-checks.
