From the first email I sent to transfer my 5 chi’s records to our first appointment, everyone at Pine Tree is friendly, courteous, thorough and great with my fur babies. They explain everything and you receive a very complete document of the examination. So pleased I made the switch after all the great reviews.
I cannot even begin to say how filled with love this clinic is. I have a special needs bird that I acquired through rescue. He was attacked by another bird and was ultimately scalped. Dr Ferguson has done surgery on him, and is giving him a chance at life. His staff call me after each dressing change to check on him, and make sure all my questions are answered . The up most caring and wonderful veterany I've been too, my dog was struck by a car and they took such great care of her and us, and did all they could too help us through such a rough time! Will be taking all my pets here.
They are very compassionate. My daughter lost her 2 hamsters and Dr. Ferguson took the time to talk to my daughter and explain what happened. Love this vet
Expertise for all my pets -- not just the birds. Hospital is well appointed and the staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Dr Ferguson and her staff are some of the nicest, knowledgeable, and helpful people I know. Trust my cockatoo’s care to them and that’s saying a lot. Dutchess is our feathered child who holds my heart.
