I had a wonderful experience there. I was referred by my cousin and her daughter who bring all of their bunny rabbits here I had to bring in one of my bunny rabbits because he has an infection in his foot They were able to offer a different solution then what had previously be done at a different vet office in hopes that it will actually clear at this time. They were so kind and caring a careful with him because he was so scared

After several recommendations for this clinic for avian care, I took my new baby parrot in for a wellness exam. I was very impressed with this place and immediately liked the staff and Dr. Ferguson. I'm definitely going back for future needs.

The level of compassion and accommodation pine tree took with me and my family as we deadly with the loss of our families bearded dragon, toothless, was truly amazing. This is the kind of business I would drive from anywhere to get to, just to get this kind of service. It's obvious these are people who care about animals, not about paychecks. Thank you.

From the minute I walked in with my sick sugar glider, no questions asked they took him right to the back and started an evaluation. They got a preliminary diagnosis and asked to keep him over night for further testing. I picked him up today and he is now on the road to recovery after fighting pneumonia. I am very thankful as lake sawyer vet did nothing and he could have possibly lost his life. Thank you dr. ferguson! You are the best, they will be caring for even my dogs from now on!

Took our Bearded Dragon in as she was unable to lay her eggs. Required surgery. Highly impressed with the doctor and staff. Very caring and professional. Made the entire process easier to handle.

I noticed two of my Guinea pigs were sick with what I thought was an upper respiratory infection. My usual vet said he couldn't see me until Saturday, this was Wednesday. In Guinea pigs, upper respiratory infections can easily kill them. Dr. Ferguson got me in that day, and was very sweet/helpful. I later found out more of my Guinea pigs were sick. With Dr. Ferguson's help, I was able to get all 8 Guinea pigs back to health. Thank you Pine Tree, from Holly, and all 10 pigs!
