I was told that I don't have ADHD because I have been able to hold down a job and passed a test that a 1 year old could pass. That feels extremely invalidating and an outdated view of how women present with ADHD. They suggested a sleep study even though I have NO symptoms of a sleep disorder. $500 down the drain.

if i could give this place a zero, i really would. i was told in my autism report that all my tests were “invalid” because they basically thought i was copying others around me and lying on my tests. why would i lie about things like that? i was told i also failed my adhd test because my test results were also invalid. i have never once heard a place unable to give a diagnosis because test results were invalid, and i was also told that i made eye contact with the professional i was with when i would barely look at anywhere o... read more

Was transferred around the call tree 4 times without receiving an answer to my question. Wanted a phone call with the therapist to ensure a good fit for my children, so as not to waste anyone's time. Was sorely disappointed in the staff and lack of personalization. Feels like a commercial cranking point for therapy and not mental health intervention.
